If you are struggling with your mental health, anywhere from stress/anxiety or sadness/depression, or you just sense you need some support, mental health coaching could be a good first step for you.
Mental health coaching offers a space to explore the options for taking care of wellbeing - mentally, emotionally, physically. My aim is to empower the client in their journey of taking steps toward healing, health and growth.
These sessions are a mixture of exploring your story, receiving supportive mental & emotional health education, and providing guiding principles in finding the right places and resources for support.
